The girl/guy/thing, you decide, in the above photo was a certified blockbuster hit at SM City Cebu’s Cyberzone Summer Festival held earlier! Scenestealer ang ateh mo! Todo yugyog! Kembotera! Eksenadora! Bumebecky-Aguila ang lola mo teh! Achieve na achieve n’ya ang pagpapapansin! But then, he/she/it is borderline entertaining, scary and annoying. Imagine, at the center of a very crowded mall, he/she/it would just dance as if he/she/it was in her own spacious living room! That could be looked at as disturbing the peace. And although it’s a minor criminal offense, that’s still a crime! Plus, he/she/it would just throw weird and offensive stares at the men, including myself, within the event area. On top of that, he/she/it touched some of us men in the area. Harassment? Hmmm. But still, he/she/it was entertaining…

Nawindang ang buong Facebook-landia ng mga Cebu-based peeps when this photo taken by a certain Aldrich Chua Cabillon surfaced on the popular social networking site!

Nakakaaliw! We all know naman that this water feature at the Ayala Mall is just for decorative purposes at wala nang iba! There are even signs on the edges of this “cascading water fountain” indicating na bawal magslide dito at baka mahulog ka sa tubig! But then, wala naman talagang direktang pagbabawal sa pagtampisaw sa tubig ng fountain.. Pwera nalang kung taping ito ng Agua Bendita…

So ano ba talaga? As far as I recall, kids were allowed to play around with the fountains at the other Ayala Malls such as Alabang Town Center, Market! Market!, Greenbelt, and Bonifacio High Street, among others. And when you think about it, dapat na talagang maglagay ng mga swimming pool sa ating mga malls especially ngayong summer para mapanindigan na nila ang pagiging one-stop destination for everything! At kung talagang playful ang imagination ng mga mall developers, pera din ito! LOL.

One question though, is the water clean enough for swimming? Baka nagka-allergy pa ang bata after.

I was strolling around one of the big malls in Cebu City when I found this sweet couple just lounging around as if they were in their bedroom. To capture the above photo, I just sat behind their backs, got my cellphone and clicked away! Stealth photography ftw!

Last Friday, while waiting for a film showing to start, someone just announced through voice over, “Food and Drinks are not allowed in the CHEATER!”. And he said it twice!

Anyway, marunong na palang magsulat ang mga halaman? Yes they do! I just learned this during our visit to Baguio City last summer. Galit na galit na ang mga halaman! Galit na ang Inang Kalikasan! Kaya, kinailangan talaga nilang matutong magsulat para maiparating ang kanilang mga hinaing! RIP,,, HINDI PO AKO BASURAHAN,,, THANK U,,, ang nais sabihin ng mga halaman sa larawan sa itaas at sana’y pakinggan naman natin sila. Pakinggan na natin sila, please! Now na! Or else they’ll be forced to take more violent measures. Baka kainin na tayo ng mga halaman! Kaya, please lang, take care of our environment! =)

Vigan Plaza Hotel is one of the oldest structures in Vigan City. Since it is centuries-old, it is a tourist destination by itself. And for its value, I decided to take a photo of its main hallway.

The photo of the hotel above, though, was poorly composed: poor angling, poor settings, etc. I dunno which part of the photo would draw the viewers’ eyes, but then it is the only photo of the hotel’s main hallway that I have so I had no choice but to use it for my Vigan Plaza Hotel post in my main blog.

So, when I had to resize the photo for web consumption, I had to zoom into it 100% (to check for noise) and I noticed something different: May tao! The thought of a ghost appearing on one of my photos freaked me out! Scary! Nakakatindig-balahibo! For that, always take a second look at your photos!

Anyway, what do you think? Could the man on the photo really be a ghost? Or could it be just one of the hotel staff looking at what I was doing? Well, whichever it is, he’s still certified TaPa!

Dong, I noticed that you sell a variety of Halo-Halo flavors, and you call it,… HALO-HALO OVERLOAD..

Pero dong, I also noticed that you’re also overloaded with what seems to be sadness and lack of energy dong. You look sleepy dong! How are you gonna entice potential customers to buy your Halo-Halo?

Ayan tuloy, parang wala kang benta.

For that, you’re one certified TaPa!

‘Pag krisis nga naman, lahat ng mga kathang-isip lamang ay naisasabuhay!

At sa krisis na nararanasan natin ngayon, naisip ng isang supermarket na pagsayawin ang kanilang mga sales clerks/tindera/promodiser para mahatak ang madlang people! Nakakaanyaya nga naman ng mga mamimili ang mga dancing tinderas na ito lalo na’t mga makabago at sikat na tugtugin ang kanilang sinasayawan: I Don’t Care, Nobody, Jai Ho, atbp. Sobrang TakawPansin sila!

‘Pag krisis nga naman, kahit wala kang pambili, eh okey na okey pa rin basta’t naaliw ka… kumbaga eh nawala ang iyong mga problema kahit panandalian lang.

Kaya, saludo ako sa supermarket ito. Humahatak na nga sila ng mga mamimili sa malinis na paraan, nang-aaliw pa sila ng mga tao. At higit sa lahat ay nabibigyan nila ng oportunidad ang kanilang mga empleyado na mag-enjoy, magbanat ng buto at magpasaya ng mga tao! Holistic development ‘ika nga!

Kung kayo ang tatanungin, okey ba ang ganitong gimmick?!
